Within the framework of the DEHRR project, a teachers meeting was organised by the team of the Educational department of the Palace of Versailles on the “European royal residences”.
Two Polish colleagues, Julia Dobrzańska and Katarzyna Liwak, came to present and make discover in music the Palace of Wilanόw and its gardens. About forty teachers of the “académie de Versailles” attended.
On Wednesday September 21, 2011, in the auditorium of the Palace of Versailles, teachers from primary, secondary and high schools learnt about the Association of European royal residences, all the activities led thanks to the DEHRR project (more information about the DEHRR project), the Wilanόw
Two educational websites were also presented: Royaldidax and Days of Royalty.
Days of Royalty permits to discover, compare and admire a usual day of a European emblematic sovereign in his residence. On Royaldidax, educational notes can be downloaded. Both websites are accessible from the resources section of our website.
At the end of the meeting, all the teachers left with the CD “Music on European courts” created by the Wilanόw Palace within the framework of the DEHRR project.
